The process started with a very short phone screening that lasted about 15 minutes.

The questions felt easy, and the call ended quickly.

After that, they scheduled an onsite visit, though at the time of my review I hadn’t reached that stage yet, so I couldn’t tell how the onsite would go. I didn’t end up with an offer in what I documented.

The biggest feeling I had was that the first step was almost too brief to fully assess anything substantial. My reflection was that the quick screening made it hard to predict where the process would lead, so the uncertainty was part of the experience.
