I first had a phone interview with HR, and after that they scheduled an on-site with three hiring managers.

The on-site format was very structured: I did one-on-one conversations in a conference room with each manager.

After meeting the three managers, there was a final interview with HR. The whole process stretched over several weeks, and it wasn’t one of those “fast yes or no” journeys.

Eventually I received an email with a job offer after that final HR step. The sequence felt difficult mostly because it involved multiple managers plus HR again, and it kept going long enough that the outcome didn’t feel guaranteed until the end.
