I only got invited to one interview so far, and it was completely technical and centered on processes.

The conversation was just with the manager—HR wasn’t involved at all.

I walked through my thinking around process, and it stayed firmly in that technical lane rather than shifting into broad behavioral questions. At the time I wrote this, I was still waiting for feedback and a response, so the uncertainty at the end was the hardest part. It was focused and clear while it was happening, but the follow-up timing was still up in the air.
