I got a phone call to go for a face-to-face interview, and I met with the hiring manager along with a few other managers from the same department.

The entire interview process lasted about an hour.

The questions weren’t described as overly complex, and the format felt like structured discussion with leadership rather than a long series of technical screens. Since I didn’t receive an offer, the process ended without a confirmation.

My reflection was that the hour felt contained and focused, and it left me with a sense that they were trying to gauge departmental fit quickly.
