The interview started with an IQ test provided by HR.

After that, the hiring manager joined and asked me to introduce projects I’d worked on previously, then to give a short briefing for the current job description, and finally to share what expectations they had for the role. It felt organized and relatively manageable, and it didn’t drag out into a long multi-round sequence.

Even so, I didn’t end up getting an offer. The main thing I took from it was how much the conversation centered on explaining prior work clearly, not on getting lost in complicated technical puzzles.
