I applied online and HR reached out about a week later for interviews with two managers.

The hiring manager interviews were short and fast—around 15 minutes—and there weren’t many technical questions. After another couple weeks, HR called to offer me the job, with the additional step of completing a medical checkup before starting.

The process felt very smooth and efficient end-to-end, and it left me feeling like the bar was less about technical depth and more about quick fit. I accepted the offer and the process stayed light and organized right through to the medical requirement.
