The interview itself felt easy and leaned more toward sharing past experience and how it contributed to the current role.

The hiring manager went through the job scope and expectations for the position they were hiring for.

It didn’t feel like an intense grilling; it was more about aligning my background with what they needed. I didn’t end up receiving an offer.

My reflection was that starting from the role expectations made the conversation feel grounded. Even though it didn’t turn into an offer, it was one of the more straightforward interview experiences I had.
