I went in for a face-to-face interview where the style felt pretty grounded and straightforward.

The conversation covered semiconductor experience, plus things like mindset and attitude, and I had to explain past work experiences with an emphasis on leadership qualities.

What caught my attention was that there was also an IQ test included. The interview itself didn’t feel especially stressful overall—my impression was that it was fairly easy, especially since the test format was something I could practice in advance online.

Once it was over, I felt like the company was looking for baseline reasoning and communication clarity more than trying to corner me with difficult technical depth.
