I went through an interview style that centered on PR review instead of classic LeetCode, and then I experienced a lot of silence afterward.

Application + recruiter outreach — I applied and then got pulled into the process, but the recruiter became unresponsive.
PR review / code review (not LeetCode) — I reviewed a PR and walked through what I would change.
Meet the team — I was set up to meet the team after passing the PR review.
Manager-level interviews — I also met the manager and team members, and the behavioral portion seemed to go well. Outcome: I didn’t receive a clear next-step decision and ultimately felt ghosted, even after follow-up emails.
