I interviewed for Software Engineer with a fairly standard two-part technical flow followed by a team-focused discussion, and it felt friendly and role-aligned.

Technical round 1 (foundations + OOP) — I started with background and experience questions, then a live coding segment and follow-ups on OOP concepts and basic role knowledge.
Technical round 2 (coding/live explanation) — I continued with live coding-style challenges where they cared about how I explained my approach.
Team/experience round — I had a multi-member conversation about my experience and personal preferences. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the interviews were approachable, but I still had to prove fundamentals and clear problem-solving.
