Halifax, NSPosted Oct 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer with a recruiter-led process that stayed responsive, including an HR screen and a hiring-manager technical conversation.

Recruiter screen — I did an initial call where we covered my background and kept me updated.
Hiring manager intro — I had a hiring manager call focused on experience.
Technical interview — I later had a technical Zoom discussion covering topics ranging from frontend to DevOps depending on the UI-DevOps scope. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in this group; the takeaway is that responsiveness helped, but the final decision still depended on role-specific technical fit.
