Saint Cloud, MNPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer position with a difficult overall bar, but the experience stayed friendly while they drilled core Java knowledge.

Round 1: technical — I went through a technical interview (one of multiple technical rounds).
Round 2: technical — I had another technical interview; the focus included Java fundamentals, Java internals, and design patterns.
Round 3: HR/manager — I met with an HR/department interviewer as the final step. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; they seemed to evaluate depth in Java more than breadth.
