I interviewed for Software Engineer and went through a recruiter screen into a technical-to-manager style pipeline, with the later stages feeling more direct and practical.

Recruiter screen — I discussed my experience, skills, the role, and salary expectations in a friendly Zoom call.
Hiring manager/director technical — I was asked technical questions spanning areas like frontend and DevOps (positioning the role as UI-focused DevOps).
CV review + take-home project — In another similar path, I had a team lead review and then a take-home technical project.
Final HR interview (if passed) — I was told a final HR interview would come after the take-home stage. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process leaned on showing applied
