I interviewed for Software Engineer with a couple of problem-solving rounds, plus design and manager/HR conversations, and the process felt relatively low-friction.

Problem-solving (coding + data structures) — I worked through LeetCode-medium-style problems centered on choosing appropriate data structures and getting to an optimal approach.
Low-level design — I was evaluated on applying design principles and OOP concepts.
Manager/HR flow — I wrapped up with manager discussion and an HR interview as the closing steps. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; even though it was smooth, the bar was consistent across coding and design.
