I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with average difficulty and time pressure, using paper-based coding and logical reasoning.

Manager Skype + coding challenges — I had a Skype interview where the first coding question was easier and the second became hard to finish within the allotted time.
Director + manager in person — I then met in person with a director and manager, where I solved a few coding problems on paper and answered logical questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that Genesys can test both coding accuracy and your ability to finish under time constraints.
