General Dynamics Information Technology Software Engineer interview experience

It ended up taking about two months before I got a response saying I wasn’t selected. That delay made the process feel drawn out and frustrating, especially since the outcome came with little additional context.

During the interview itself, the questions were average and similar to what many people describe as the standard set—basic themes around navigating their website, plus how I’d handle delays and issues from a user perspective. It wasn’t presented as a brain-buster.

I didn’t get the job, and the biggest negative for me was the long gap between the phone screen and the rejection.
