General Dynamics Information Technology Software Engineer interview experience

It felt like a quick calibration of my background and how I framed my experience, not an intense technical interrogation.

After that, I moved into a technical round on Zoom in a panel style format. The questions were heavily anchored to the job posting and to the projects I’d previously discussed. Overall, it landed as average difficulty—serious enough to test my understanding, but still within the boundaries of what I expected for a software engineering role.
