General Dynamics Information Technology Software Engineer interview experience

It typically included screening activities and then a video interview, and I was kept informed throughout instead of being left guessing. That communication quality mattered to me, because it reduced the stress that can come with not knowing where you stand.

The interview itself didn’t feel sloppy—it was clear and respectful, and they answered my questions promptly. I still didn’t end up with an offer, but I walked away feeling like the process was well run and the team handled the steps in a reliable way.
