I went through a recruiter-driven process for the GE Vernova Software Engineer role where the main friction wasn’t interview difficulty—it was scheduling and candidate handling delays.

Recruiter screen + application handling — my experience included resume shortlisting/rejection even when the skills seemed to match.
Teams interview with hiring manager and technical experts — a positive interview with immediate feedback, but the recruiter later mishandled next steps (moving me between postings).
Follow-up outcome — after several weeks, I was told the position was no longer available, which was disappointing.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway is that operations and coordination issues can outweigh performance in the process.
