I experienced a longer, resume-driven journey where early conversations set expectations, followed by multiple rounds with managers and HR.

Screening call (39 min) — a very friendly HR-style discussion that mostly reviewed my resume and mapped my experience to the job description; we also discussed whether I had done similar work.
Early multi-step process (3 steps) — a straightforward but lengthy sequence with plenty of questions; communication wasn’t consistently smooth.
Offer timeline + pressure — the interview flowed like a comfortable conversation, but after receiving an offer shortly after, I felt pressured to accept and declined.
Team lead round — I learned why they used an external recruitment
