I had a sequence of several phone interviews that went well technically, but the hiring process stalled with little communication.

First phone interview — about a week after applying, focusing on why I wanted the job and related details like salary.
Second phone interview — roughly a month later, with only one interviewer present; it also went well.
Third phone interview — another month later, also went well.
Long communication gaps — I experienced weeks without responses, and the GE site didn’t reflect the real status; I wasn’t told whether I got the role. Outcome: No offer was reported, and my takeaway was that timing and HR responsiveness were major uncertainties.
