I had a straightforward multi-step interview plan for a Software Engineer role, but I didn’t end up with an offer.

Telephonic round — an initial phone interview.
Face-to-face round — an in-person interview conducted at the Delhi location (in addition to the initial screen).
Post-selection checks — after selection there would be a medical check and background verification. Outcome: No offer was reported, and my takeaway was that the later onboarding steps were clearly outlined even if selection didn’t happen.
