I went through early HR/recruiter screening followed by technical and team discussions, and the experience was professional even with some minor scheduling issues.

Recruiter screen — a phone call to discuss the role and my background.
Technical phone interview — mostly experience-driven questions.
Panel interview — a virtual panel with lead engineers (with one engineer joining late in one case), and another path included a final about-an-hour interview with the hiring manager and a panel. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that clear, experience-based answers carried the rounds, with team panels as the main evaluation.
