I interviewed through a digital screening step and then met hiring managers through final interviews, with one path focused entirely on behavioral content.

Application → recording-based online interview — one journey included a recorded online component.
Manager interview via Teams — the final interview was held over Teams with managers.
All-behavioral variation (in another similar path) — instead of technical questions, I was asked to talk through experiences and scenarios in a single round on campus. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that for this group, the process emphasized communication and fit more than live technical problem-solving.
