I had a deeper panel interview that split into multiple segments, ranging from leadership conversations to technical and HR.

Recruiter screen — resume-focused questions.
Hiring manager follow-up — questions were similar in theme to the recruiter screen.
Panel interview (four parts) — separate segments with previous hiring manager/another manager, technical team members, HR, and a conversation with a recent hire. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that it was a broad evaluation across technical, HR, and peer perspectives.
