I moved through several rounds that started with screening and ended in a longer, team-involved interview block, and the experience felt mid-to-difficult.

Phone screenings — I completed multiple phone rounds that covered my background and role fit.
Long multi-person technical + behavioral session — I sat in a longer interview with engineers and others from different backgrounds, mixing technical and behavioral questions.
Final half-day interviews — I later had a final round that included two technical interviews and an HR conversation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that sustained performance across both technical discussion and interpersonal STAR examples mattered most.
