I went through a compact but multi-stage interview for the Software Engineer role that felt well-organized and moderately challenging.

Recruiter discussion — A first round conversation focused on my background and alignment with the role.
Technical interview (30–60 minutes) — A second round described as technical, where I was assessed in a single focused session.
Onsite panel (3 hours) — A longer in-person interview with multiple groups, using STAR-style questions and structured rounds.
Outcome: I didn’t get the job, but it was one of the better overall journeys—well paced and not excessively drawn out.
