Cincinnati, OHPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an early, mostly people-focused interview loop that felt straightforward and interviewers were welcoming, typically over a few staged conversations.

Recruiter/initial screen — a phone call using a STAR-style approach, focused on soft skills, with prompts like explaining your hobbies and responding to hypothetical situations.
HR + technical (phone) — an HR call to align my resume with the role, followed by a combined HR and technical discussion on a phone format.
Behavioral / on-site team fit — behavioral questions in person, with encouragement to ask questions and understand the job and team.
Team introduction round(s) — additional time with managers and potentially co-workers, framed as learning more about working
