I interviewed for a Consultant role at Gallup and found it very difficult—heavy psychometric rounds with little context, sometimes feeling destabilizing and overly rigid.

Multiple personality tests — repeated evaluations, and in one experience the repeated questioning led to confusion about how “right answers” are determined.
