I experienced a difficult Gallup consultant sequence that leaned heavily on scripted, recorded phone interviews and ended up focusing more on pressure and interpersonal handling than on discussion.

Online test — After applying, I completed the online test.
Phone interview #1 — A question-by-question, recorded process where I responded in a one-way format with little interactive back-and-forth.
Phone interview #2 — A more in-depth second phone round.
In-person interview — A later in-person step where they tested how I deal with people and handle pressure.
Outcome — No offer was mentioned. Takeaway: the process intensifies from scripted calls into real evaluation of interpersonal presence.
