I interviewed for Gallup’s Consultant role, and the overall journey felt average in difficulty—polite interviewers, scripted structured questions, and a longer timeline mainly driven by assessments and scheduling.

Online application + personality assessment — I took an online personality-style test and was advised to be quick and stick to the point.
Phone interview (Round 1) — Structured call with limited/no commentary; I answered repetitive questions framed with scenarios and “how do you think…” prompts.
Phone interview (Round 2) — Similar format to the first, with questions asked back-to-back; sometimes I was asked only to provide examples when prompted.
Waiting for next step / process ending — I either stayed in the pipeline but didn’t reach an offer, or the process slowed
