Boston, MAPosted Jun 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a relatively straightforward Gallup screening path that was still rigid and structured, but felt manageable once I understood the format.

Online assessment — I completed a personality-style test (often yes/no) that was thorough and sometimes repetitive.
Phone interview (fit/behavioral) — I answered questions briefly; if they needed more, they asked follow-ups, and I was expected to stay concise.
Second phone interview / analyst step — In my path, the process included additional phone conversation(s) that remained mostly behavioral and process-driven. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that preparation meant knowing how the scripted format works more than “learning consulting content”.
