Gallup Consultant interview experience

No offer

KazakhstanPosted Nov 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Gallup Consultant role with an extended, standardized process that felt longer than expected, starting with online materials and moving into multiple phone screens.

CV submission + online personality test — I submitted online and completed a screen that led to interview scheduling.
Phone interviews (two rounds) — I went through two telephone interviews featuring the same kinds of structured personality/situational questions; interviewers were polite and the questions weren’t overly difficult.
Waiting for next round — The timeline stretched close to a month and progress was unclear. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the main challenge was endurance through a long, highly scripted funnel.
