I went through an average-difficulty Gallup consultant funnel that felt formulaic but gave enough structure to know what to expect, with multiple personality/behavior rounds and a focus on “fit” and sales-oriented traits.

Online behavioral/personal assessment — An initial assessment that looked like fast behavioral items and timed questions.
Phone interview — A follow-on call that extended the same themes with scenario-style prompts and “dig deeper” follow-ups; the interviewer read scripted questions and didn’t really cover the job in depth.
Phone interview #2 — Another similar scripted round, increasingly focused on how I handle people, leadership, and values; I was asked about compensation expectations and career path in at least one process.
