London, EnglandPosted Jun 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the Gallup consultant hiring process very difficult and disrespectful of my time because it was mostly long personality testing with little feedback.

Multiple online personality tests — Several assessments, each about an hour, stacked together.
No Q&A allowed — Throughout, I couldn’t ask questions about the company or role.
Rejection — After spending hours, I received a one-line rejection stating my personality wasn’t a fit, with no meaningful feedback.
Outcome — No offer. Takeaway: if you’re investing significant time in their tests, push for transparency—otherwise you may get a generic “not a fit” outcome.
