I experienced a tougher Gallup screening track combining an assessment plus multiple recorded phone question rounds, with a strong emphasis on answering the same set of questions consistently.

Online assessment — After applying, I took a timed online test/assessment.
Phone screen(s) with many questions — I was put through two telephone rounds where I had to respond to a large number of fixed questions; the interviewer(s) couldn’t clarify in depth.
Written/extended assessment step — I also had a separate written/assessment component that could be passed through prior people-management experience. Outcome: I didn’t progress to discuss the job; it felt like a “consistency and fit” gate that filtered candidates early.
