I experienced Gallup’s consultant hiring as a multi-stage, scripted loop: apply, complete timed personality work, then do tightly controlled phone interviews where the questions keep coming and I couldn’t really “converse.”

Online assessment — A ~40–60 minute personality survey with statements to rate/agree and mostly yes/no or scaled items.
