I interviewed for the Research Analyst role with an online, speed-and-math-heavy process over roughly a few stages, and it felt difficult due to time pressure.

Online assessment — An online aptitude/math test with a large number of questions in a short window, emphasizing fast mental arithmetic, number-pattern series, and logic-style puzzles.
“Fastest fingers first” group elimination — A group discussion-style round where speed matters; I had to solve math quickly while others competed, with elimination based on performance.
Technical interview(s) — Multiple interview stages focused on quantitative reasoning under pressure, including basic trading/finance-related questions and numerical problem solving.
