I went through a structured campus-style pipeline with multiple eliminations that felt difficult and highly selective in August.

Online assessment — a timed OA used as the first filter.
GD — a group discussion stage that further eliminated candidates.
Personal interview — a one-on-one round after clearing earlier screens.
HR interview — a final HR check; the whole process was described as stringent, with each stage acting as a blocker. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process is elimination-heavy—treat every step as a must-win.
