I went through a harder, game-based quant screen that tested prediction and decision-making under uncertainty in early February.

Quant-style exam (CAT-like) — an initial timed quant assessment; if I passed, the next step became a simulated trading-style environment.
Simulation / game round — I played a cricket prediction and decision game where I had to predict scores and choose actions based on a live scoreboard. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the takeaway was that they valued practical, fast decision logic more than pure textbook familiarity.
