Jaipur, RajasthanPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Research Analyst role in a very pressure-oriented, quant-centric way where the difficulty was high and the atmosphere was clearly meant to stress-test me.

Aptitude / speed math — Early screening using QA/LRDI-style questions and arithmetic speed checks.
Trading/quant interview — A technical round dominated by quick number crunching; I was tested on arithmetic and also asked finance/stock-market basics.
Interview rounds (stress + probability/guestimates) — I went through additional rounds that included probability and guestimation, with a strong focus on quick thinking under pressure.
Outcome — I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was to rehearse mental math and keep composure when questions become unexpectedly situational.
