I interviewed for the Research Analyst role through a short sequence where several rounds revolved around trading judgment plus basic quant.

Aptitude screen (implied) — Early screening combined general discussion elements with math; I was assessed on quant and reasoning.
Group discussion / market discussion — I discussed my views on trading and then answered question types meant to test how I think about the trader’s life and stress.
Personal interviews — I went through additional discussions focused on math problems and situational scenarios.
Outcome — I didn’t move forward; the feedback loop centered on stress-handling and trading mindset as much as calculations.
