I went through an aptitude + stress-interview structure for the Research Analyst role, but the stress component didn’t feel normal due to a mix-up.

MCQ + math + memory/quant aptitude — I faced an initial MCQ round including memory, quantitative aptitude, and basic mathematics.
Stress interview (handled like HR) — A stress interview was scheduled, but in practice it didn’t come across as stressful because of an HR misunderstanding about my college. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was to be prepared for stress-testing even when the delivery seems inconsistent.
