BengaluruPosted Dec 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I attended the Bangalore branch process for the Research Analyst role and ran into what felt like a very truncated experience that didn’t reflect the effort I put in.

Online aptitude test — They didn’t collect my resume and instead gave an online aptitude test; I didn’t experience a separate speed-math component.
Very short exit interaction — After I explained I needed to catch my train, an HR-like person ended things quickly rather than providing feedback or a fuller interview. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the process felt overly brief and lacked transparency about scoring/cutoffs.
