New DelhiPosted May 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a structured, office-based arc with HR screening and then a presence-of-mind/mental-maths focused interview; it felt like an average, fairly comprehensive assessment.

Written round (speed maths/aptitude) — speed-maths and aptitude practice was needed to pass the screen.
Skype interview (basic HR) — a first human screen covering basic HR questions.
Onsite Gurgaon office interview — risk-taking ability, aptitude, presence of mind, mental maths, puzzles, and a background-check component.
Timed memory/BODMAS-like section (fast disappearing questions) — another experience described a two-part timed interview where questions had to be processed quickly because they could vanish, followed by later related questions. Outcome: I didn’t
