I interviewed for the Research Analyst role in a strictly elimination-style setup with multiple fast rounds, which made the journey difficult.

Round 1 (elimination OA) — A timed aptitude/GK section with a large number of questions.
Round 2 (math + puzzles + HR) — Fast calculations (including multi-digit multiplication), puzzle questions, and some HR-related items.
Round 3 (HR + math) — More HR questions mixed with math checks.
Round 4 (pressure handling) — A dedicated pressure-handling round with HR questions and more math.
Outcome — I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that resilience under escalating pressure determined who advanced.
