London, EnglandPosted Oct 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a more demanding Futures First selection where the main arc was speed quant screening followed by high-pressure situation handling; overall it felt difficult and long.

Online test — maths/logical reasoning plus CAT-type questions, with no calculator; included very fast arithmetic and then timed reasoning.
PI / stress presence round — they gave random situations and questioned my presence of mind, including estimation-style prompts like population and city/cars counts, and even small game-like tasks.
Stress interview + calm under pressure — another version explicitly emphasized staying composed and confident while answering, preceded by an online speed/quant test.
Written + multiple interviews for selection — a longer path described
