Gurgaon, HaryanaPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Research Analyst role through an elimination-style flow combining buzzer-speed rounds and multiple interview stages, with difficulty leaning difficult because the process tested speed and pressure handling.

Group task / fastest-fingers round — Groups of around five competed on puzzles or math; whoever performed best advanced.
Math + puzzle elimination — Another fast, puzzle-heavy stage that continued the emphasis on quick execution.
Interview 1 (technical/quant) — I was asked to solve puzzles and do quick reasoning/estimation.
Interview 2 (HR + behavioral) — Behavioral questions about why the role and how I handle pressure; the hiring-manager style questions emphasized temperament.
Outcome — I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that composure under time
