New DelhiPosted Jul 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Research Analyst–type role at Futures First; the early screening felt fairly average but quick, then interviews shifted into deeper aptitude/puzzles and market fit over a compact timeline.

Aptitude pre-test (2 phases) — an initial two-part aptitude assessment before rounds, focused on fast quant/math.
Quant round — a quantitative section with many questions (about 60 in one report) to solve in ~45 minutes, mixing simple login-related problems and maths.
Interview round: puzzles/mental ability — questions designed to probe reaction speed under pressure, including puzzles and tricky prompts.
Interview round: market + CV depth — discussion of my prior experience and an in-depth analysis of my CV, plus testing my interest/knowledge about the market.
