I went through a test-and-interview sequence for the Research Analyst role where HR-style questions were mixed with technical prompts in the same stage.

Written test (2 parts) — Part one had 30 basic arithmetic questions in 6 minutes; part two had 30 questions in 30 minutes.
HR form + interview — I filled a questionnaire dominated by HR questions (10–20 minutes), and then the interview covered both HR and technical topics together. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was to prepare for HR and technical reasoning in the same conversation.
